Tuesday was Anzac Day, Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. At first i thought it was the memorial of the army "corps" as in the dead body. But apparently dead body is spelled corpse, not corps...>.< Anyway, what is important to me is that it's a holiday. Definition of hoiliday: no uni.

Actually i was planning to stay home and waste time, but then someone asked me out, so i went. Since it's a holiday, we decided not to loaf around in the city. Instead, we went to some faraway from the city beach, Hollet Cove. My Korean classmate, Han, was the mastermind of this trip. She told us the day before that we're going to catch crab there. Wow, free dinner?

So we went there by the so-called train in Adelaide, which is what we call KTM back in Malaysia. At least i think it's kind of similar to our Keretapi Tanah Melayu. Oh....it's called train in Malaysia as well o.O It took me 1 1/2 hour to wait till the train arrived. No, actually we missed two trains. Nevermind that. So it took us 1/2 hour to get there, where I basically slept through the journey, neck pain man... So here we go, presenting trip to Hallet Cove! Turned out we are catching small crabs and i was anticipating for cookable and edible big crabs. A disappointment indeed. However we did have fun, i managed to catched two crabs! It's half of the size of my palm. A very big accomplishment! Haha... Later, we let the crabs off back to the sea because we think it would be better to let them live a bit longer and catch them again when they are more size appealing, that is if, they ever come back to Hallet Cove.

Then we walk along the beach, throw stones to make them jump on the water, dip our feet into the cool sea water, draw on stones, collect shells to add onto ying ying's collection, took lots of photos and walked up the hill. A lot of fun. Apparently the rocks that were along the beach are from ice age, cool!

We went back at around 4.30. And very typical of me, slept through the journey back. And was snapped a photo of me sleeping in the train. A very ugly posture, so better not put up the photo.

That day we walked for 4++ hours, very tiring, but worthwhile. A bunch of new friends in a different country. Grateful. Grateful indeed.
